The servers need better training in handling large parties and should ensure that cold food does not reach the table.

We went specifically for Burger Week was very disappointed that the employees were not even aware of what the choices were on the menu. They stated that it wasn 't being hyped by the establishment so it wasn 't a big thing for them. On Tap Menu is small, the wine list even smaller lots of specailty drinks on the menu. The brussel sprouts were our appetizer...DELICIOUS, the burger was quite charred and salty just ok. Not sure why I was charged $8 for a $6 burger unless i was charged for NOT having hot peppers on it! Overall it was OK great place to hang out with friends and chill, but not a great date night experience.

The menu did not have any good choices and I did not enjoy the atmosphere.

The restaurant was decent, but I was disappointed that they only played one type of music.

We were visiting Charlotte for the weekend and we really enjoyed this place a lot! Great place to catch a few drinks, hangout with friends playing all sorts of games to enjoy a good day in Charlotte! The staff was really helpful and attentive! I’ll definitely come back here to enjoy some drinks again with friends!
