Ichibam Sushi and Hibachi - Charlotte

Food is delicious, service is quick, it depends on how busy the restaurant is when it comes to keeping the tables/ chairs clean. I never had any issues with food poisoning. Highly recommend this place to any of you looking for a good buffet in charlotte.

We were from out of town and staying at a nearby hotel, and we love sushi. The sushi was good, but mostly limited to variations on California rolls. They also had a salad bar, Chinese food, Mongolian BBQ and local food like spare ribs, crawdads, plantains. Being from the West Coast, this was a great way to sample some things we hadn't tried before. The place has a vibe like an old diner was repurposed into the current restaurant, and the patrons seemed to be local working folk, not travelers. I give it a solid 5 stars for being exactly what it advertises--reasonable food at reasonable prices and as much as you want.

Has went downhill since pandemic but food is still edible...

It's OK... nothing to get excited about. Average
