We received an AMAZING Strawberry Cheesecake shipped to us for an event and it was Delicious! Our family is still raving about how creamy it was : You guys rock.

I came all the way to Charlotte and Cheesecake Carousel was not out there. The website said they were opened until 8pm and there was no sign of them.

Catching up on reviews. I finally made it here on Saturday, 05-28-22. Needed some cheering up after a funeral, cheesecake tastes better when I'm not making it.The guy working the truck was pleasant answered all of my questions. He also mentioned his wife though she wasn't there. I tried the key lime bar the mini cheesecakes. I had the strawberry, banana pudding, oreo flavors. I'm overdue for a return visit. I'm definitely trying the ice cream. A Black owned business I enjoyed supporting.

This cart was right behind the halal cart truck in uptown last Saturday. Tried red velvet mini cheesecake and it was do delicious and it was 3$. He has other flavors of cheesecakes and also cheesecake ice creams which I could not try. Recommended!

My husband and I walked past Cheesecake Carousel after grabbing dinner in Uptown and decided to stop best decision ever! We got the red velvet ice cream, and the NY and cookies and cream cheesecake minis. Everything was delicious so creamy and rich. The service was quick and friendly too. We will definitely be back!
