I also had the chance to chat with the cook (not Big Joe), who was creatively experimenting with flavors and using another customer to taste test some items, including sauces. Since it was early evening on a Tuesday and only a few patrons were there, he used the time to refine his craft. It was clear that he genuinely cares about making delicious food. Instead of scrolling through his phone during a lull, he was focused on enhancing his skills—very casual and relaxed. A special shout-out to the wonderful bartender with the tattoos; she was exceptionally hospitable. I can’t wait to come back!

I stopped by for lunch and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was really nice, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding!

I really want to give this place a 5-star rating, but I can't. They charge for soda refills, and the owner was sitting at the end of the bar, just barking orders at the staff.
