Carolina Square is an amazing place to live in Chapel Hill. As a student, you can't beat the short walk to class. Plus, it's conveniently located near several popular businesses and restaurants on Franklin Street. The apartment complex is consistently clean and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I genuinely have nothing but positive things to say!

My experience living at Carolina Square has been incredible! It truly is the best place for a UNC student to call home. I've really enjoyed the outstanding gym, and I've loved spending time at the fire pit and grilling areas. The management has been fantastic and extremely responsive whenever I've needed maintenance in my apartment!

Worse Management in Chapel Hill, Beware!!!! I called inquiring about the property for my son (rising sophomore) and the manager Breanna was super rude and unprofessional. My daughter who lived there previously and graduated this year got bogus charges after she moved out months later. SCAM!!!

Scammers. Worst administration. Left the apartment cleaned by a professional cleaning company and they still charged me an obscene amount for cleaning deducted from my deposit. Deposits also get returned way too late and after months of back and forth.
