A Whole in a Wall has recently opened in Pisac. Owner Kaneye is originally from New York and came to the region (like many) for its healing and spiritual qualities. When she decided to stay she opened up this little gem to share her love of food. We were really happy she did. Peru is a beautiful place, but the food can be quite generic. Her menu changes often and she has created a point of difference from most of the local restaurants. The fare is healthy, yummy, and popular with those that chance upon it. A bowl of delicious black bean soup cost just 3 Soles. Bargain. We have been well nourished here and have enjoyed her local knowledge and warmth. Another great reason to hang out in Pisac.
