Girl with the red hair is alwaysss on her phone. shes rude, and doesn't do the bare minimum to at least greet people even when they're ready to pay and just texts away like girlll. i don't recommend this location..

Cannot make change for one hundred dollars. Bad business, right ?

I ended up choosing a different flavor, which was fine. However, when we went to pay, my mother-in-law was trying to use her app to scan for payment. The same girl rudely pulled the machine away from her, saying "wait" without any courtesy. Instead of politely asking her to wait a moment, she was quite abrupt. My mother-in-law had a coupon, and when she inquired about using it, the girl responded with a strong, sarcastic attitude, asking “which one?” After my mother-in-law mentioned the coupon, she rolled her eyes, which was very unprofessional. Overall, it was a frustrating experience at this restaurant, and I cannot recommend it to anyone because of the unkind behavior of the staff.

The cleanliness was terrible, and no one seemed to care to address it. Three of the machines were out of order, they didn’t offer any samples, and the yogurt was overly melted! I definitely won’t be coming back here!
