Absolutely ridiculous it's been awhile since I made a review but this frustrated me to the point where I had to make one we got eyelashes in our french fries burnt burgers in raw french fries how do you screw up an order this bad. You order animal style fries, and they come out cold, so to make it up, they give you new fries that are RAW like, come on.

Customer service is ok. Unfortunately, the portion getting smaller and smaller while the price we paid is getting higher and higher. Finally, we still got the wrong orders. it's very disappointing.

It's always good and consistent, too bad Vanessa is not there anymore. She was a very wonderful manager. It's going to be hard for them to fill her shoes.

Although prices have increased it is still one of the better deals around. Food always excellent.
