There dirty no hair net no gloves,and no aprons on the food is there for more than 12 hrs??? when preparing its left overnight outside oh and the roaches ones inwhile they'll play pickapoo ?? ??

We were looking for a place that has gluten free options because one of us has celiac. We found this delicious place that serves original Mexican food, All dishes were great, generous and tasty. We asked many questions related to food sensitivity and the host was patient to all our questions. Nice atmosphere and hospitality.

We arrived to jean-talon market at 17:00 after a long day, skipping lunch. Our kids, specially our youngest who has celiac and needs gluten free food. After looking for a suitable restaurant we entered to El Rey del taco. After realizing that there are gluten-free options we decided to stay and we didn't regret it. The Mexican dishes were tasty and generous. The service was excellent, making a big effort to asure us that the dishes are gluten-free. We recommend it very much.

It is probably very authentic but I must say that we did not appreciate that much the authenticity. I would highly recommend the burrito special and forget the enchiladas. The service was friendly made with simplicity.
