Uondas - Celerina / Schlarigna

Excellent food, pity about the horrible service, after having had: aperitif, salad and a main course with wine and finally an espresso for a total of 106 fr and having asked to pay 115 fr (a more than generous tip in my opinion) the change we received was 30 fr, as if we had left a 14 fr tip. On checking the receipt, we noticed that 3 fr 'küche uondas offen ' had also been charged. We asked to speak to the head of the room, who after nodding left the room and never came back, probably to avoid having to explain. In addition, everything was served far too quickly, receiving the wine and salad 5 minutes after the aperitif, and the main course as soon as the salad was finished did not allow us to enjoy anything, the espresso arrived before we had time to finish the wine, all while they were already preparing all the tables for breakfast the next day. We will definitely not be returning and I would not recommend going there if you want decent service

We ate twice at the restaurant (lunch dinner) while we stayed at the hotel. Both the service and food were excellent. Many GF choices (note that unlike many restaurants which mark gluten meals, they mark GF meals). Pretty view of the river when sitting next to the window.

Das Restaurant ist mit einer grossen, anregenden Speisekarte ausgestattet. Spezialität ist Fleisch, vor allem grosse Stücke. Das von uns verspiesene Porterhouse Steak war exzellent, genau nach unseren Vorgaben zubereitet und schön präsentiert. Für die grossen Fleischstücke braucht man allerdings auch das grosse Portemonnaie.

Die Bezeichnung Home of Food des Hotel Chesa Rosatsch können wir zu 100% unterschreiben. Das Essen im Restorant Uondas schmeckte hervorragend und das Kalbskotelette inklusive den Trüffel Pommes Allumates ist sehr empfehlenswert! Das Ambiente ist cool und die Weinauswahl ist hervorragend insbesondere wenn man nach preisgünstigen Bordeaux Trouvaillen Ausschau hält!

Ausgezeichnete Qualität kommt hier auf den Teller, mein Tatar mit Café de Paris überbacken bleibt mir noch lange in bester Genusserinnerung. Fleischstücke nach Gewicht gibt es hier zu wählen. Alle sorgfältig gereift und liebevoll zubereitet. Das merkt man eben.Ein top Food Erlebnis.
