Just came back from the restaurant and the computer system was quite slow. Having worked in customer service myself, I know the limitations of various workers. Despite the issue, the staff were very pleasant and when the owner arrived, they promptly resolved the situation. The staff were helpful and I was able to get what I needed without much delay. Thank you!
The employee was incredibly rude. I would give 2 stars for the menu, but the service was terrible.
Was in the other day and they were beyond under-staffed. It took twentyish minutes to get one sandwich with one person in line in front of me. The woman behind the counter was completely overwhelmed by even simple requests. She started to make mysandwich with the wrong meat then argued with me when I pointed it out and had her change it. I haven 't had red meat in years, Iseriously doubt I forgot that during the twenty minutes I was standing in line. She had my sub in the toaster before asking meif I wanted it toasted. I didn 't, but when I said that she got confused and flustered so I decided to just let it go since therewere people in line behind me. I gave two stars because there is a chance she had just been alone too long and was overwhelmedand normally it is a great place, so I guess the second star is a benefit of the doubt, star.
I recently visited this restaurant and found it to be extremely understaffed. It took twenty minutes to receive a sandwich, despite only one person being in front of me in line. The woman behind the counter seemed overwhelmed by simple questions and even started making my sandwich with the wrong type of meat. When I pointed out the mistake, she argued with me before finally correcting it. I haven't eaten red meat in years, so I was skeptical that I had been waiting in line for so long. She also began to toast the bottom half of my sandwich before asking if I wanted it toasted. Despite the mix-up, I decided to let it go due to the line forming behind me. I gave the restaurant two stars, as I believe the woman may have been overwhelmed from being understaffed and that this is not typical of the service at this establishment.
