The pizza crust was soggy and lacking in structure, while the boneless wings were tough and unappealing in both looks and flavor. I was very disappointed, especially considering it cost $20 plus a $4 delivery fee.

It seems that they prefer deleting reviews instead of resolving issues. I'm reposting this to keep a record in case it gets removed again. I just placed an order today, and I’ll update if the problem happens again. I've consistently ordered pasta, but this time I did not receive plastic silverware like I used to. It seems like common sense to include that for deliveries, especially to places that might not have it available. If this occurs again, I’ll stop ordering from here completely.
