Chick-fil-a - Cedar Rapids

The food and service were great. I got the spicy chik fil a sandwich and 2 large fries for my fiance and I. They put in extra ranch for us without us having to ask. My only thing is I went through the drive through and even though it is very fast it isintimidating to go through when you have someone wanting to take your order but you don't even have time to look at the menu.The one on one made me kind of nervous because I felt like I was rushed. They didn't do anything to make me feel that way, justhow the system is set up made me want to be efficient with it. All in all though, the food and service was great.

This was our first visit to the restaurant since before COVID. The other customers were considerate of the space around us. The ambiance was pleasant and the decor was tastefully done for a fast food establishment. We also appreciated the Missing Man Table as a nice touch.

We had a very pleasant and cheerful cashier during our visit. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere.

I feel rushed and unheard in the way you drive thru and then you still don?t give me sauces yet I have like 10 straws. Just frustrating. When I ask to double check for sauces they said yep all in there.

I am always impressed by the professionalism displayed by the staff at Chick-fil-A. Recently, a customer in front of us complained about service they had received two months prior. I found it odd that it took them so long to address the issue, but the manager went above and beyond to resolve the issue and win back the customer. With over 20 years of experience dealing with customers, I have to commend those who excel at their job. Even if the food was just average (which is definitely not the case), I would still return to this restaurant for the exceptional service they provide. Well done, Chick-fil-A.
