Chipotle Mexican Grill - Cedar Park

Dirty restaurant, furniture falling apart, super crowded and tight. But why I'm writing a review is there was a disgusting looking hair in my burrito bowl ?

Do not ever place a phone order their automated voice service got my entire order wrong. It repeated my order correctly, but when it was picked up, it was all incorrect. What a waste of $26 dollars. I honestly dislike this AI usage because it's not always accurate or guaranteed. What happened to being able to speak to a human representative on a take out line ? ?I am not planning to return here.

Well I usually like Chipotle this location wasn't that great. The meat tasted bland and the queso tasted more like milk then cheese. The tea was good though.

Meh. Our second time here. I tried it once and it wasn’t my cup of tea but this time solidified my opinion. The staff rushed us through the line, the floors were dirty and there was trash and food on the floors- it seemed maybe they were short staffed so maybe there was nobody to clean the dining area, but we had to clean our own tables. The soda fountain area was a hot mess, and there were sticky soda on the floor and straw paper all over the place. The cup lids were all falling out of their respective containers. This was probably our last go-round here. For what we paid $15+ per person, you’d think the restaurant would at least be staffed with someone to make sure the dining area was clean. In the hour we were there, nobody came in to clean it.

Consistent fresh food options and pretty fast service for how busy it can be at certain times. I like that they have a couple of plant based options for their proteins for more healthy alternatives.
