The Old Fig Tree - CAVERSHAM

Visited this wonderful place today for lunch without a booking for two. greeted at the door! rustic building full charm (and heating bonus! . between fixed, netzen and specialties there is a filling of filling, healthy meals to choose. Don't eat breakfast before they leave. we observed the other plates go (some from the $15 special menu and suffered some serious food envy along with amaze over the amount of food on the tellers. I could not harm the taste of eating. return definitiw; next time will be required for their $35 high tee (two days before announcing). also wants to see her summer menu. if I was closer, it could just come to my place.

I would like to give this place a bad evaluation so that I can no longer join myself. we were five times, including Christmas dinner. the service is always exactly right as they say in the classy, eating has great tast and texture, spicy tentacles, filled mushrooms, roast, ripening, pasta and steaks are great. the wee, especially the merlot, is damn good. if they fall short, like the time they were slow with the ribs due to demand, and when the rare steak was overtaken and the cook refused to serve it, free wein was provided as an excuse.

Had a very pleasant dinner here on a Friday night. Previously it was that you could comment on the ambiente, but the personal was very friendly. I had the roast of the day that was very tasty. highly recommended

Beautiful place. great service and eating was excellent. I had the 20 bucks for lunch and enjoyed it. the only criticism I have is the toilets. it is located in the parking lot and is shared by the ironbark brewery and the restaurant. the condition of the facilities left much to wish. Can't mistake the food or service in the restaurant and will be back as soon as the facilities have been updated.

As soon as we take the turn to the driveway leading to The Old Fig Tree, I just knew I'd be in for a wholesome peaceful lunch treat. My family was equally delighted if not more. The quaint atmosphere, with breezy outdoor seating and sunlight sifting to the semi-outdoor seating with overhead vines was like a scene out of a rustic novel. The food has a warm soul and the portion sizes are filling. It very much shows that the seating, the atmosphere, the food, the service is all put together with a lot of love and warmth. Thank you Old Fig Tree. You will definitely see me around a lot!
