Les Ateliers - Castres

I've heard some rather positive echoes, and it makes sense that I wanted to make my own opinion. We took several tapas and were disappointed on most of them. any ring onions, too salty cod to our taste, fried chipirons not bad but rather hard texture in the mouth, coche ham that was not dry (I might have had to ask the question before), instead the tortilla and its tomato sauce was very tasteful! Maybe we should have taken the grills, but good, good grilled dishes full of restaurants on casters do! desserts were not bad but to my taste too sweet. The service was not particularly smiling, nor attentive (I hate to have to wait for the proximity of a server(s) to request water). OK, but no more. The frame is very pleasant, and the original decoration. We came out frustrated not to have found the restaurant of castres with good tapas!

Quality food, excellent fries. very friendly staff, outdoor area with plenty of room.

A team at the top!! excellent tapas, a great atmosphere!all to spend a good evening!every time with friends, with family or with a couple we are eclatating! We feel like home, it's a very warm place and we're never disappointed. On top!!!

A pleasant, surprising setting in this place of the city. friendly staff and warm welcome. the formula noon to the top. makes you want to go back to the menu that blooms good the products of the terroir.

We were a group of nine. decor, atmosphere, service, tapas (we took several different dishes): everything was great! the only flat that got a little bit of the mood at the table: the room is noisy trooooop and we couldn't hear each other. I'm really sorry. go there the eyes closed, but a tip: try to eat on the terrace :)
