Subway - Cassina de' Pecchi

1st off the parking lot was HORRIBLE!! The lobby was old, dirty and dingy. The service was ok and food was normal subway food, nothing over the top.

I placed an order online for a turkey foot long on cheese bread, got my order home and it was on some kind of Italian bread with poppy seeds. The bread wasn't fresh, it was right before being hard and wasn't good at all to me. See pictures below, NO CHEESE on top of bread. I've never had this happen at this location. I will probably give them another try, but I will check my sandwiches before I leave with them.

Staff is amazing. Thank you for always understanding my Mom's need for no seed tomatoes. and putting up with my Dad. LoL I know he can be a bit difficult ?. I've been here 1 year, and this location will always have our business. We appreciate each and everyone of you.Parking: The parking lot has pot holes. Some look like they will swallow your car. For the elderly community, the lot is hard to navigate.Wheelchair accessibility: The door would need to be held open for a wheelchair bound person.Dietary restrictions: My mom can not have seeds of any kind. The Wednesday evening staff is so understanding and nice. Thank you!

The two girls who assisted my husband and me were incredibly sweet and kind! They prepared our sandwiches exactly how we wanted them and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. We truly appreciate them and this Subway location.

My wife ordered three sandwiches online, and unfortunately, all three were made incorrectly. The receipt was printed, and they followed it, so it's hard to understand how all three could be wrong. One sandwich had the correct ingredients but was on the wrong type of bread. The other two sandwiches included vegetables that we didn't order. All three sandwiches had a simple list of ingredients, so there's really no reason they shouldn't have been prepared correctly.
