Kfc - Carson City

The chicken tasted like it was from the previous day. The quality of the meals has been declining, but I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit. The coleslaw was also missing!

I was quite disappointed with my experience. The cashier allowed me to substitute fries for mashed potatoes, something I've done without issue at other KFC locations. A few minutes later, I overheard the cashier being reprimanded for that decision. There are two main concerns here. First, counseling an employee in public is not good practice. Second, the cashier was simply trying to keep the customer satisfied at little to no cost to KFC; we ended up spending over $20. The cashier did a great job, and she definitely shouldn't have faced criticism, especially in a way that could be seen and heard by customers. The supervisor should be the one receiving counseling instead.

It's probably best to avoid delivery altogether. I ordered popcorn chicken, and it was really disappointing—just a bunch of fried bread balls. I usually love their Chicken Littles, but they really need to turn down the heat lamp; the chicken was stale and dry. No amount of mayo can fix that problem.

Its KFC. The food is awesome because you know what you are getting. Service was super nice. Atmosphere, its fast food. While clean, there is now wow to it its fast food. So totally acceptable.

I ordered an 8-piece chicken bucket that came with mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese, and biscuits. Everything was delicious, and the service was incredibly quick!
