Guacamole was fabulous! All of the food was great! Our server was amazing and very attentive but not annoying! 10/10

Great value for lunch. Loved the relaxed atmosphere and spicy decor. The Special Diner is a lot of food but gives you a taste of all the classics. Great service too. Nice people!

Cheese dip was thinned out so bad it never got hard !!! These people will cut corners , and rio you off to make a dollar !

To me this is the BEST Mexican restaurant in Carrollton. Every time me and my family visit we leave happy and full!! The prices seem to be the best around and if I could eat there every single day I would. The queso and rice are one of my favorite quick things to eat! The salsa bar is the best hands down as well. The staff works hard to make sure everything is what it needs to be and every person is satisfied!! Thank you hacienda!!!!

I ordered takeout and was disheartened to find not one, but two hairs in my food when I opened the container. I've always been on friendly terms with the staff and have visited this restaurant several times, but this experience felt deliberate. I ended up throwing everything away. I had ordered less than $7 worth of food (just two small tacos), and I suspect they were upset because I didn't leave a larger tip. I gave what I thought was a reasonable tip for such a small order. It seems like they expect a bigger tip, or else you might face repercussions. I won't be coming back.
