The Hub And Grill - Carroll

I had a fantastic experience yesterday! Even though it was just a Wednesday and my family and I were a handful, Payton was incredibly sweet and patient with us. I definitely plan to return!

I had a mushroom burger that was burned so badly that I couldn't eat him. The place is a little strange, pizza only in the front, full menu in the back, but have to sit in the right place to order what you want. We're not going back. Food: 2/5

The only good thing about this club was the fact that it was open past 9pm. The dancers didn't even say hi or acknowledge us and there was only 6 people in the club... we saw no dancing and then the dancer went outside to smoke and never came back in. Bartender told us there was 2 dancers but we never saw them and we had 2 drinks before we left. Complete waste of time. Sorry to say the one dancer we saw was decent looking.

The menu was diverse, featuring a range of dinners and burgers, along with salads and appetizers. I ordered a prime rib sandwich, while my wife opted for a bacon chicken sandwich. We both chose a salad as our side. Unfortunately, the first bites were just "okay." My prime rib sandwich came on a piece of toast that was burnt, and the overall flavor was lacking—mostly just the taste of the burnt toast stood out. My wife's sandwich didn't offer much flavor either; the ranch bacon just didn't taste like much at all. Both meals felt bland and unremarkable. Regrettably, I don't think we'll return. There are too many other restaurants in Carroll that we’d rather try. I'm sorry to say that this experience simply did not meet my expectations.

Pizza was delicious. Thought price was a bit high until I tried and saw the size. Hot spinach and artichokes also diving. That and 2 pizzas have fed 6 of us very well. Definitely best pizza in town. Must try.
