Great food mixed with great service. Always a great meal here

Usually, this is one of my favorite restaurants, and I’m sure service was not as good as usual because it was Valentines weekend. I arrived in was approaching the table. I fell. Literally fell to the ground. I was in shoes with a lot of grip, but there was something on the floor I suppose and I fell. Somebody came and helped me and then it was 15 minutes before the waiter arrived to even offer me water or a drink. I fell in front of everyone and it took 15 minutes for him to come back and even offer me water. I asked to make sure that they would mop the spot and they never did because he felt that there was nothing actually there. I eat at tandem twice a month and I felt the treatment was not so kind tonight. The food was good, but we had to search for our waiter every time we needed him. I will stick to what I should’ve done and not go out on Valentine’s weekend when the goal seems to pack more tables rather than take care of the actual tables themselves.

Everything from the vibes of the restaurant, to the service to the food was exquisite. I could not ask for a better experience!

Great location ambiance and food! We enjoyed our meal of braised short beef rib and whipped potatoes. We will be back!
