Island Burgers Bites - Carolina Beach

The food here is simply outstanding. It's hands down the best burger I've ever tasted. The prices are very reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous. One order of large fries comes in a 2-pound bag, which can easily serve 2 to 3 people. We can't wait to come back soon!

Island Burgers got rave reviews from a few influencers. George and I live 5 min from this place and I had never been. Wow once we did those burgers were absolutely amazing! You have got to try them! The kitchen was very clean and there has always been an owner standing right there over seeing that everything comes out as the customer likes it. After you order you take your ticket and then you wait outside in front they call your number you come back in the store and then get your food in a bag. It?s a convenience store too. There is a place to sit outside and eat I did not grab a picture of that I apologize the next time I go I?ll be sure ro grab a video and add it to this review. That?s my 2¢ now you decide?

What a burger. Looks like fresh ground beef patties and deliciously prepared. Served on a brioche bun and your selection of toppings, lettuce, tomato, onion, relish, slaw, chili, mustard, mayo, pickles, etc. The small cheeseburger is 1/3 lb. They ran out of fries while we were there and gave us fountain drinks for free. Truly a very delicious burger. The wait was 45 minutes from placing our order but it was worthy of the wait. Outside deck seating, first come first serve.

I have been hearing about these burgers for years. Tried to get a couple months ago but there was over an hour wait and I couldn't do it. On my second attempt I arrived early on my way to the kite festival and I must agree, it was the best burger I've ever had. Delicious! The French fries were great too. Like extra large steak fries that crinkle cut. With seasonings, my husband thought there was an Indian spice on them he could not put his finger on it but tasted great nevertheless.

We've been talking a long time to pick up something from here. We have this tonight. These burgers are amazing. We ordered double cheeseburgers and a big frit. The burgers are fresh and tasty. And they're huge. If you want a good carryout, we recommend this small place. Don't worry because it's part of a gas station.
