Papa Rays Pizza And Wings

This review is based on my personal experience. I have been going to this restaurant since it opened in 2015 to enjoy their huge slice monster pizza. The reason I stopped going there is because they increased their prices. I used to be able to get a big slice of pizza with fries and a drink for $5.95. But on my last visit in 2019, I believe the price had gone up to $6 or $7. Don't get me wrong, if you are a regular customer, the owner may offer you free items as they did for me. It's a decent place with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere, but the price increase has made it less appealing.

This restaurant in Carol Stream offers the best service I have ever experienced. Even during the pandemic, the staff members have a nice and welcoming attitude. The monster slices of pizza with cheese are huge and satisfying, especially when you're super hungry. The sauce is delicious and you can tell it's made by a skilled chef. Papa Ray, the owner, is exceptional and really adds to the unique atmosphere of the restaurant. I'm delighted that this place is always a reliable option for a good meal.

I arrived to pick up my order at the restaurant. I paid for it, but then I was informed that they had mistakenly given my order to someone else. Since I couldn't wait for them to make a new order, they offered to deliver it to me for free in ten minutes. However, when my order finally arrived over an hour later, the drinks that were supposed to be included were missing. Additionally, the delivery person refused to come out of their vehicle, so we had to go outside to get our food. I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant again unless they offer a refund or a free replacement order. The only positive thing is that they seem willing to learn from their mistakes when they respond at all.

The worst pizza I've ever had. I paid $30.00 for this terrible pizza. the crust was understated, I can't say enough as our $30.00 dollar pizza we put quite a lot of a game to our money. never order again and I hope no one will waste you mooney on you!

THE BEST Pizza place in Carol Stream. Home of the Monster Slice, classic cheese and fries type of place, the people that work here are amazing and nice, the drivers are hard earned workers. Taste of fries and cheese and sauce is amazing, including the cheese.
