Tahoe Waterman's Landing Public Year-round Beach Club

This is the first time I've kayaked here. Everything was perfect, from online reservations, online waiver signing, to the friendly pleasant people getting my kayak. I could sit in the kayak on water's edge and get pushed into the water, and get pulled out of the water. Will kayak there again when we travel to Lake Tahoe.

Beautiful location. Food is a bit pricey and average.

Great location, for renting water equipment. Super helpful, friendly staff, and a nice cafe for after the paddling. Suggestion: go early before the boat traffic increases at 10:30 :

Really poor customer service, unfortunately. The women who helped us were grumpy, and even gossiped about the previous customers right in front of us. The acai bowl was decent, though there was no homemade granola on it (one of the key ingredients, which they happened to be out of)... And it still cost the same. The granola bar was also good. These are the only reasons they're receiving two stars instead of one. But, due to the service we received and observed, we will most definitely not be returning.

Had a lovely time here and got excellent service from the staff! The outside seating area is excellent and I really enjoyed my keto coffee. They also made paninis with the best gluten free bread I’ve had in a long time. It was overall an unexpectedly extremely pleasant surprise and I’d love to go back.
