We stopped at CB's Bistro for lunch on our way to South Lake, and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! This little gem is tucked away but conveniently situated just off the main road. The food was exceptional. I had the best classic burger I've had in a long time, cooked to perfection, and the pizza featured a wonderfully crispy crust, fresh toppings, and fantastic sauce. I also loved the atmosphere—great music and impressively clean! Zach, one of the owners, was incredibly friendly. This is definitely a spot I intend to visit regularly!

We're still avoiding indoor dining due to the COVID surge and our compromised immune systems, which makes finding places with outdoor seating a bit of a challenge. CBs has a few outdoor tables and they were more than happy to accommodate us on a chilly autumn evening. The service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the gluten-free pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The classic cheeseburger was well-crafted, piled high with fresh veggies, and very satisfying. The tater tots were perfectly crispy. The restaurant is located in a strip mall next to a laundromat that offers a free beer from CBs with their wash and fold service. Although the views aren't particularly stunning despite being near the lake, it's definitely worth a visit. The bar area seems like a great place for a casual hangout. For those with dietary restrictions, the gluten-free pizza is a reliable choice; however, since it's not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, it’s advisable to check with the staff if you have celiac disease.
