Marcello's Pizza - Carlisle

A gem in PA. Highly recommend. Very family-orientated and the staff is excellent and very friendly.

Brought 8 friends to dinner after the first day of Corvettes at Carlisle 2024. Great food, exceptional service!

I was so disappointed. Marcello's used to be my go-to for pizza, Italian food, and subs when I lived in the Carlisle area 10 years ago. I was traveling through the area and stopped today. We ordered a lasagna dinner, pizza burger sub w fries, and 2 pepperoni slices to go. As soon as we sat down, I realized the place was filthy. Dirt on the hooks hanging from the ceiling a quarter of an inch thick. Vents also filthy. Lasagna was bland fries tasteless pizza burger sub mediocre, and when we got home, they had given us cheese pizza, not pepperoni. We will never go back. I don't see how they haven't been shut down for being so dirty. Photos attached. Being this dirty in the seating area, I can't even imagine what the kitchen looks like.

The food was great but it was pretty much self serve. The table was pretty disgusting too.

I have ordered here and every single time they have messed up my order! I just tried again because I am pregnant and hungry! They messed up my whole sub and forgot the cheese for the cheese fries that is 2$ extra !!!!! They made my sub completely wrong and added everything I asked NOT for! They tried to tell me that they can only refund me for the fries ! I will never order here again!
