Brad's Pizza - Carlisle

The quality of the food was drastically different this time. The fries were so soggy that they folded in half and turned to mush, and the portion size was much smaller than what we received before. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger sub, which was drenched in grease and completely inedible. My husband’s Philly cheesesteak suffered the same fate—soggy and oversaturated with grease. The only bright spot of our meal was the chicken tenders; they were well-cooked and consistent in size. I ordered delivery, getting a jumbo pepperoni pizza and a medium white pizza. I also requested garlic knots and onion rings, but instead received soggy cheese fries. The knots were cold and lacked garlic flavor. The pizza was just average. On the plus side, it arrived on time.

I recently had lunch at this restaurant and spent between $10 and $20 per person. The food was decent, scoring a 3 out of 5. While it wasn’t outstanding, it was satisfying enough for a casual meal. On the other hand, the service was excellent, earning a 5 out of 5. The staff was attentive and friendly, making the dining experience enjoyable. As for the atmosphere, I would rate it a 3. It was a pleasant setting, but nothing particularly special that stood out. Overall, it was a decent lunch experience with great service!

It can be difficult to reach them by phone at times, but the food is so good that it's worth the wait. The boneless wings are meaty and delicious!
