Crawfish Hole - Carencro

It's truly a hole in the wall... drive thru, didn't pay attention if there was a walk-up. But the Labor Day special was GREAT! My family was visiting, and my Aunt took us here, such a treat.

We got 25lbs on Good Friday and they were so good. Will definitely go back.

So good!! We got a 5# special and Dungeness crab combo. Perfect level of spicy, nose leaking but not too intense to enjoy! Everything was good sizes and super easy to peel.

First time getting crawfish from here and wasn’t impressed. The crawfish had a good flavor till I got to the bottom I guess the ones sitting in the juices tasted bad/muddy. For 5lbs and 2 sausage was $35. That price they should of all been a good size but I guess this is straight run and not just med/large. Had about 6-8 cars in front of me and it didn’t take long to get my order.

Started buying crawfish/shrimp from here when they were on Verot. Now I have to drive further to get to Carencro but I won't buy them from anywhere else. The flavor and spice are the best and I'm hooked! The crawfish/shrimp combo is my go-to. Kid-friendliness: They have a few kids' options.
