Bidrage med feedbackIt's OK. It's a Weatherspoons ... what do you expect? I never plan to go to a Weatherspoons, it just happens as a matter of convenience. Food there was alittle flavourless and rather salty. I assume this is because cheap quality ingredients needs more salt so it doesn't taste cheap ... The only thing that really impressed me was the garlic bread pizza. I think I could just eat this over and over ...
This was a great pub to go for a drink at, with a vibrant design contributed by the likes of the stairs and bar! The Welsh flag is a top addition, the staff were friendly and menus are available at tables. I sat comfortably for a refreshing drink of Black Grape Vodka, although it had not been mixed properly as I could taste vodka too strong at the bottom.
A good wetherspoons, food is decent, large choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drink. The staff are really friendly and the pub has a nice atmosphere. Ground level access and it has a lift in the building. Lots of seating.
We all felt like we were just small parts of a larger system that moved unpredictably - forward sometimes, and backward at other times. Ernest Toller. Despite the mix of customers, the restaurant offers cheap drinks and affordable food. The staff, though understaffed, works hard to keep the place running smoothly even during busy times.
This Wetherspoon is quite good! The staff is great, providing friendly and efficient service. They offer the usual ‘spoons menu with delicious food and drinks at affordable prices. The pub is consistently clean and organized. I prefer this location over the more crowded Wetherspoon in central Cardiff. There are plenty of seating options spread across three levels and two large bars, one on the main floor and another on the second floor. They have a wide selection of beers and ales on tap. I highly recommend it.
