Good small restaurant, nice outdoor, very pro and nice waiters. Onion soup very good , turndos rossini very good beautiful piece of beef but very small foie gras . Côté desserts a little on it. Merit the four stars.

The service was fast and friendly. The Cassoulet Traditional was tasty and filling. The local wine excellent. Really good value for a tourist area.

Had a quick bite here and it was well worth it, very friendly service nice setting in the castle and very good food

Visiting Carcasonne today, we stumbled upon this delightful restaurant after bypassing another restaurant where customers were obviously a hindrance especially if not French. Basil Fawlty would have been proud of their performance. Whilst viewing the menu we were greeted by a delightful young waitress who, in very charming English, explained menu items to us. I had the Cassoulet Royale and my wife had the Salmon. Together with a local Chardonnay, the meals were a delight. Making the whole experience even more enjoyable was the attentiveness of both the young waitress and the young waiter. All in all a very enjoyable lunch and we can thoroughly recommend this little restaurant. Lovely food and exceptional waitstaff.
