Harbaugh's Cafe - Carbondale

Harbaugh is hands down the best spot for a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend the eggs Benedict! The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is fantastic.

The bacon and cheese omelette was the best, the coffee's good, and the staff's friendly. I don't mind paying cash as long as the food's good.

I've yet to order anything I didn't love from the menu. Service is great and friendly. Harbaugh's is a must stop place for this Saluki when I'm in town.

Great skillet and griddles. I love that they leave a whole coffee pot at your table!
