Bidrage med feedbackMy partner is more skilled than I am. The chicken and mushrooms lacked flavor, though they were plentiful. However, the staff was fantastic and very hardworking.
Very late on my online order, 20 minutes. they always lie and said it was almost ready and changed their history. there were other people waiting for their online orders, and when I spoke to a manager, they stopped him so that nobody could call in.
Eating is usually good every visit, but the customer service in drive-thru is terrible, it does not play any roles who works the window, they all have the same dry and dead approach. the personalities of the workers are robotic and it does not make a customer want back.
Usually am fine eating here, food is hit or miss and sometimes they don't have everything on menu to offer. My experience 4/19/22 just after 11am was just dumb. Arrived around 11:20a to pickup an online order. Just saw a customer leave so I come up to doors and they're locked. I see at least 3 or 4 employees inside, none acknowledged me. I tap on door saying I have an order to pickup and one girl signals me to go around drive thru. Then another woman comes to open door for me, when I walk in I say I have an order that's ready to pickup. I felt ignored because she takes the time to unlock both restaurant doors before asking what my name is. And then walks past my order sitting on shelf that's ready to check other receipts!! Mean time no one else behind counter acknowledged me. It's a simple situation that could've been handled a lot better, seemed like they already decided how they were going to treat customers for the day.
Tonight, I decided to give it another shot, and to my surprise, there was no line. I approached the ordering microphone but ended up waiting over a minute and a half before anyone acknowledged me. Finally, a young woman, who seemed quite unhappy, greeted me. I requested fried rice, only to be told they didn’t have enough prepared for my order. When she asked if I wanted something else, I agreed to try the chow mein, something I had never tasted before. At the window, I was met by another female staff member who seemed to be in a bad mood; she didn’t say anything other than telling me the price. When I asked if she could wait a moment while I got the correct change, she slammed the window shut. I handed her the money, and she dropped my change on the floor, rolled her eyes, and muttered, “Don't worry about it; I'll figure it out.” She then handed me a bag that I noticed was leaking food. As for the food, it was just "okay"—only mildly warm. Honestly, I'd prefer to go to another fast food restaurant, which says a lot coming from me. I probably won’t return here, and I think it would benefit the staff to be trained in basic customer respect.
