Food was very, very salty. Service was OK, value for the amount spent wasn't on par.

Poor service. Nice guys but their English was poor. Our order got mixed up with someone else and we never did receive our fries. Looked like we were only ones in restaurant and it took for ever to get our drinks. Don’t think I’ll be going back

I had a filet mignon with a blackberry demi glace and turnip puree and it was as amazing as it sounds. Cocktails are great too!

4 of us enjoyed our lunches! Can't go wrong! Service was good and wasn't too busy inside during lunch.

This was a perfect place to meet for a business lunch. It was unexpectedly empty so we had no problems conducting our business meeting. However, the food took quite a while to be served and the portions were very small considering the price you were paying for the entrees. The poke bowl had plenty of tuna and one scoop of rice but the rest of the dish was taken over by a lovely garnish that was huge and not really edible from a nutritional value standpoint. Very disappointing. Two of our party ordered beef tips with their salads. We were very surprised that they were teriyaki beef tips which wasn 't mentioned on the menu. Very disappointing again especially since this is a steak place and we were expecting nice, juicy, well seasoned meat. The place next door, Mo 's (which is run by the same owners), was packed and hopping for lunch which was a huge contrast to Willard Hicks which was empty. I might have a business lunch here again but it would be for the atmosphere and not so much the food. I hope they change things up since it 's a lovely place.
