Patxi's Pizza - Campbell

The restaurant offers a vegan deep dish pizza on the menu made with Daiya cheese, however they do not have a vegan thin crust option. The deep dish pizza is tasty and satisfying, and can be customized with vegetables.

The pizza is delicious, but if they accidentally put real cheese on the vegan pizza, things can quickly get out of hand. During my last visit, they had to remake the pizza three times before getting it right.

I ordered the forager piadine at this restaurant. I asked for them to not include the eggplant pesto and two cheeses due to containing milk. Instead, they used Daiya vegan cheese. The piadine is presented folded over, resembling a taco when served. It was delicious and I would definitely recommend it.

The pizza tastes great, but if they get it wrong and put real cheese on the vegan pizza, the things can quickly turn out from control. the last time I was there, they made three pizzas before they got it right.
