Domino's Pizza - Campbell

Ordered pick up twice from this place. Pizza tasted great both times and order was quick. No complaints. Great value for money.

Terrible terrible terrible service! I just called the store to see if I can get a refund or a new pizza made today since I placed an order last night to be picked up but was closed by the time we went there to pick up. Only to be told that it was my fault and that they can’t give me a refund or anything then hung up on me. I’m going to report to the better business bureau cuz this is just nonsense! DONT EVER COME TO THIS STORE! ?

The listing says the location closes for takeout at 11pm. However, when I arrived at 9:40pm to take out my order, they said they close at 9:30pm. This has never been the case before at this location. I think they just wanted to leave early. If they really closed at that time, they should put something else on the app, Google listing, or even the door! I’m done with this location.

Was a car side delivery. 15 mins of waiting and nobody showed up. When my son went in to pick up he was told that free pizzas cannot be given as there needs to be some dollar exchange. Sounded ridiculous so I went into the store and was informed that the store boss had instructed no free pizzas were to be given. Apparently multiple folks were being turned away. When I insisted they said they would make it. So another 15-20 mins of wait. I should have just walked away. While I was there it was total chaos. Lost orders, half orders. Staff was clueless and was clearly overwhelmed. Staff was addressing patrons as “oh boss”. HQ should take notice of this store and how it is being run.

The atmosphere was amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greatest with a friendly smile and a clean cut gentlemen. The service prompt and swift.
