Bidrage med feedbackAfter 3 days of traveling to get to our destination (with a bit of a drive to go) we were needing a solid meal (camping travel) and stopped in to Ricky's in Campbell River. We enjoyed the food and the waitresses were very pleasant. The restaurant was clean and service was prompt.
I came in for the Greek wrap in the evening with my man and he had the steak sandwich.Steak was perfectly cooked, my Greek wrap was amazing. fries were done exactly how we wanted, We came in on a busy Sat evening the beginning of April. Front house staff where dressed well, smiles and very attentive. Even on a super busy night. It was great to seeWill definitely be back
Used to like their clubhouse & tomato basil soup - haven't been there in a few years so went back a couple of days ago. Ordered the soup & half club sandwich & my husband the club & fries. Waited well over half an hour and the place wasn't all that busy. We both found the sandwich to be dry & fairly tasteless and the tomato soup was a lot stronger tasting than I remembered. Service too slow & food not good enough for the price!
A very full menu and home cooked food reasonable priced, lots of parking .Breakfast lunch and dinner.Great service.
We decided to take my Mom to Ricky's for brunch on my parent's 58th anniversary (my Dad has alzheimers and is in a home). Over the years we have visited this location many times. The food is always great. This time though the service was pretty bad. The servers were nice enough, but we seemed to have 2, both taking our orders and then not bringing us anything. One member of our parties order was take and not even made. It was hastily prepared and came as everyone else was finishing up. The prices were steeper than any of us remembered for breakfast dishes. The decor is getting rather worn, with the dishes looking scratched and well used. I don't think we will be going back any time soon.
