Pizza Express Belsize Park - Camden

Erida is always great every time we come here, brilliant, efficient service! We always thoroughly enjoy our meals!

The food is very good but not only that, the waiters are friendly and kind. Both the pasta and the pizzas are very delicious, and the salads are also very good. The place is clean and cosy and finally there is also a variety of desserts that are also very tasty.

Great slap up meal Summer made the experience great such a good employee!! Showed us how to use the app and get more for our buck!! Staff like her are precious in todays world! Would eat here again at this venue. Cheers

A Pizza Express should be a comfortable environment for families. Unfortunately, our recent experience was far from pleasant. We have a 19-month-old toddler who is a messy eater, and while we do our best to minimize the mess, it can be difficult with a young child. During our meal, our toddler threw some food on the floor, and while we intended to clean it up at the end, a waitress approached us angrily and scolded us for not immediately picking up after our child. She went as far as to say, "We are not your cleaners." The manager, whom we spoke to about the incident, was unapologetic and non-committal. This lack of understanding and empathy made us feel unwelcome and humiliated. We will not be returning to this restaurant and do not recommend it for families with young children.

Ate here last night and had initial misgivings as the restaurant badly needs a refit (which is why I knocked a star off). However, as you'd expect with Pizza Express, the food was fantastic as were the staff who were excellent and attentive.
