Mcdonald's - Calvert

I visited the Mt. Vernon McDonald's drive-thru this morning, and it was such a pleasure to be greeted by friendly, smiling, and cheerful staff. The woman taking my order and payment, as well as the one handing me my food, were incredibly nice. Their warmth really set a positive tone for my day. I also received my food in a very timely manner. Keep up the great work!

The restaurant can be quite unclean at times, and the service is inconsistent—sometimes friendly, sometimes not. The food is often incorrect, and the fries are always served cold. There's also a very unpleasant odor in the establishment. I believe upper management should consider making an unannounced visit to witness the conditions for themselves.

I ordered my m doubles and they were lacking in everything. There was barely a drop of ketchup, just two small pieces of onion, two pickles, and fortunately, two pieces of meat and bread. I only realized how sparse it was when I got home. Service was for takeout.

Burger was cold and staff were rude. After asking if I could get another one she told me Next time you need to be specific and put it on your order.
