Upper West Side Café - Calumet-Norvelt

The food and service were excellent. The chicken sandwich, topped with grilled onions and basil pesto, was truly outstanding.

This place is quite good! Although they’re a bit behind the curve since they also serve as a racquetball gym, the outdoor seating and vibrant atmosphere make it worth the visit. They offer tasty Mediterranean snacks and excellent cocktails, along with a lovely patio area that's perfect for DJ events.

I visited this place for a comedy show and unfortunately missed out on trying the food, but the rooftop area was charming. I’ll definitely need to come back!

We stopped in here for a quick dinner and although the menu is limited we all had a fantastic meal and great experience with the bartender/server. Wings were fantastic and the rest of our meals were prepared to our liking.

My family of 4 ate here tonight (Saturday) while visiting from out of town. We decided on a few small plates instead of entrees and were not disappointed. The Brussels sprouts were amazing, the shrimp/toast was fresh and flavorful and the wings and sliders were tasty and unique. Everything was 100% fancy restaurant but the atmosphere was extremely casual. If you need a place with great food (even with kids) but don’t want to have to change clothes from sightseeing, go here! I can’t say enough about the food! It is very underrated. Kudos to the chef!!! (And the waitstaff is very friendly too)
