Young gentlemen working tonight with a jade necklace really showed incredible care and service tonightRecently had some car troubles I live up the block and work nights when I get off most things are far closed I had to change my order multiple times and walk up to the window but he handled it with absolute grace and kindness just wanted to reach out and give that man some praise he still gave me a a drink with my order.Really made my night after walking home from the downtown core on an empty stomach .Thank you sir :

Drive thru employees were not very friendly. More in a rush to close the window. New Chicken wrap was OK, Tim Hortons wrap is much

All I wanted was a hot coffee...Would it make a difference if I mentioned HOT the next time??Serving room temperature coffee isn't a common practice.Now I can enjoy my cold morning walk with my room temperature coffee. Thanks guys.

Ate here at 2:30pm SUNDAY Sept 3, and my brother and I got violently Ill with food poisoning hours later. Gross.

Bathrooms dirty. Ketchup dispenser doesn’t work. Big Mac meal was made with stale bun. Won’t be at this one again.
