Kinjo Sushi Grill - Calgary

I recently discovered this ramen spot in Calgary, and it's quickly become one of my favorites. The service is fast and efficient. I absolutely love their ramen—it's incredibly satisfying, and they offer various options based on your appetite. The prices are reasonable too. Overall, it's a fantastic place for casual dining or takeout.

This was my first visit, and I found everything to be great. The prices, the food, and the service were all excellent. I highly recommend visiting this place! Also, make sure to check out the store downstairs and grab some Onigiri with salmon while you’re there!

It was decent overall. The takoyakis were quite impressive, but the ramen was just average. One advantage is that meals come with a drink, similar to a combo deal. Additionally, the atmosphere is nice—great for Instagram—and the open kitchen adds a nice touch.

Update: A few more items added to the menu. Lots of added pantry item snacks to take home as well This was our first time and we loved it. We got takeout but there's dine in inside and at patio. Line was long but goes by super quick. If you are getting takeout of only sushi or bubble tea, you can mention at entrance and go straight downstairs without waiting at lineup. Great value, cool location and very well organized for covid. Temperature taken at arrival, sanitizer at entrance, menus to grab at entrance and drop off after ordering. We had ramen, gyoza, yakitori, spring rolls, sushi and bubble tea. It was delicious!

Took my family of five to TSM on Saturday night. We were the first to sit upstairs, as the downstairs was fairly full. The restaurant filled fairly quickly. We ordered the deluxe black Ramen, takoyaki and deluxe bbq pork Don. (2 sides of gyoza Food was delicious, no doubt about it! However, we felt the size portions for the price, should have been bigger. (20$ per deluxe meal. The gratuity (which was added to the bill, I felt was not justified. I do not have a problem tipping, I just felt it strange tipping the cook, who made our meal. We had to come to the front to order our food, (no waitress , come to the front to get our food and clean our own table, (bring your food tray and dishes to the metal rack It was a slightly strange set up, but a pleasant overall experience. Maybe we'll be back in the future. 3.5
