A staff named Merlon, if I'm not mistaken his name, but he was providing me with service the other day. His attitude was rough and yelled at me for a simple question I asked. I went there for a service, I should be treated like this. Whomever the owner is, it is better to review his behaviour and take corrective action for the sake of your business. I heard similar complaints from a good friend of mine in the same store.

This may be ok for those who want to grab a quick bite but not enjoy it. The rolls were very small and the rice was undercooked. We ate everything just because we were very hungry. Extremely disrespectful towards delivery drivers and they always give them a bad rating. Never eating and taking and order from here again.

Instead of pearls they’ve put some jellies. And they can’t do less ice probably because they’re saving on green tea? This is how much ice is left after I finished the drink. A little care about the customers would be great.
