Hungry Jack's - CABRAMATTA

The burgers aren't always better at Hungry Jacks as they claim on the ads. We ordered 2 whoppers with cheese meals & was excited to eat it when we got home. We were extremely disappointed when we both bit into our burgers because they were both cold. I called them up to complain & they told me they'd write my name down & give me new meals next time. So next time came along & we got the 2 same meals. We took our meals home & again, cold burgers. Really annoyed!

The good thing about the service here is that they don't take my vouchers when I use them and they let me keep it so I can use it again the next week I'm here (usually get two whopper cheese) but I'm deducting marks because I always ask for extra pepper packets as I like putting pepper into my whopper cheese before I eat it but they always forget to give me the pepper so I have to line up again and ask for the pepper other wise the whopper cheese and sometimes the bacon deluxe is very good

The good at the service here is that you do not take my vouchers if I use them, and they let me keep that, so I can use it again next week, because I always ask for additional pepper packages, because I like to ask In my throw cheese, before I eat it, but they always forget to give me the pepper, so I have to rush again and ask for the pepper that the pepper is different sometimes the bacon deluxe is very good
