We brought our fresh-caught tuna in to Baja's Stop and Chef Sergio cooked it up for us in several different preparations. It was fantastic! We will never take our fish anywhere else to be cooked!
Amazing tacos! Must go for real mexican tacos! I tried both El Pastor and Carne Asada on corn and flour tortillas. Recommend to have El Pastor on flour. Absolutely amazing and not expensive! For 2 people we paid 17 dollars!
