Jersey Mike's Subs - Cabazon

Always fresh and always delicious! I believe they make the best sandwiches around.

I went to Cabazon Jersey's today. Had 1 other person in the building that was before me. They ordered food there and went. I just ordered two items. Stood there wait for 15 minutes to start my sandwich. They began to make a bunch of mobile orders before mine, which is okay. I understand they have to stop these orders. Although they had 3 people on the back and only 2 people on the front, I still understood. You finally start making my order. A mobile order comes in and they stop working on my order and start working on this other mobile order. Finally I asked them if they could complete mine because I was there for 25 minutes, with no one else in the store! They went back to work on my sandwich, went to pack it and sat my sandwich on the bare counter next to the register where they exchange money. I was so upset, but I'm not one to talk. I have my sandwiches and links (Ofcourse i did?t eat it).. I understand that we are busy, but they should probably have a better system.

I've visited this restaurant twice in the past two weeks, along with several times before. Recently, they hired two new staff members who seem quite slow and uninterested. My last visit was so frustrating that I ended up leaving due to the long wait. Today was somewhat better, but I noticed a group outside discussing how, while they were in the middle of paying, the server just left to attend to the soda machine. I think some retraining for the staff would be beneficial.

I called in my order and they had it ready quickly for me and it was done very well. I asked them to give me what their best selling item was and I got their best cold ham and vegetable sub. I also got their most popular hot sub which was the Philly Cheese Steak sub. Delicious! They have 3 choices of bread and I always like to have it toasted. Great service! A+

The sandwiches were alright, but some of the staff was rude, and the tables inside were dirty.
