The loaded teas are absolutely amazing and delicious! The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I really enjoy my "Tropical Like It's Hot!" I will definitely keep coming back!

I walked in and waited for about 3-4 minutes without anyone greeting me, making it difficult to identify the staff from other patrons. I visited during my lunch break, and even though there were no other customers placing orders, I ended up waiting around for approximately 15-20 minutes just to get a loaded tea. While I do appreciate a well-flavored tea, the one I received was incredibly strong, resulting in a headache! I had to share it with a coworker and dilute it with additional water and ice. Honestly, I can't see myself returning anytime soon unless there are no other options available.

This is an excellent restaurant to check out! The staff are extremely welcoming, and I really enjoy their specialty teas and wonderful shakes! I highly recommend it!

The white chocolate Snickers shake was delicious and surprisingly budget-friendly given the various add-ins.

The teas and shakes here are the most flavorful I've ever tasted. The staff is fantastic! I highly recommend this place—you won't be disappointed!
