Tin Cup Sports Grill - Burlington

I visited Tin Cup a few days ago and had Jessica H as our server. She was fantastic and probably one of the best servers I have encountered at a restaurant recently. Additionally, the food was outstanding.

Friendly staff, reasonably priced, a good place for watching your favorite sports games. The food was good.

Food and service is normally good. But this visit our server barely made herself known to us. She never even followed up with us. Service needs to be better

The food and the service were terrible. Waited for approximately 45 minutes to an hour for our food. Although we requested little to no cheese in a couple of items, all items were served with a lot of cheese. Found hair in the nachos and in a drink. Hamburger was not even hot when served.Would never go back and would never recommend to anyone. First time experience and very disappointing.
