KFC - Burlington

Horrible food and unprofessional service, disgrace to KFC, stay away from this location. Oily and greasy chicken with no crispiness, I was told by staff that they stopped using old recipe... Terrible decision!

I visited the restaurant located at Dundas and Walkers Line in Burlington and was disappointed to find that the staff was very rude, unfriendly, and lacked manners. Despite calling multiple times, the phone went unanswered and there was loud Indian music playing in the background. The female employee in particular did not have a smile on her face. It was 1 pm when I visited and I hope that they receive better training in customer service. Their behavior was very disappointing.

Ordered on-line and never received email stating order went thru as card was declined so I cancelled. They still charged me and sent email 20 minutes later that my food was ready for pickup. Call KFC to get credit 5 times and no luck, they just don't care and I'm out with no food and my money. Never dealing with this horrible place ever again.

Restaurant closing time showing in Internet at 10pm, they closed at 8:30, three employees are there inside just looking at me at drive through,I trying to make a contact with them , they are not open drive through window....I called to the store ,they are looking at phone but not picking .... employees are weird and rude. I never experienced this kind of customer service, avoid this place guys.

Last time I visited this location it was horrible and turned me off for KFC, I will no longer visited this location. Food was super small and overpriced.
