Wingstop - Burbank

The wings at this place seem to be cooked in bulk and just left to sit in the fryer. I could see them, and they honestly made me feel nauseous. Paying $19 for 8 wings, fries, and a drink feels like a huge rip-off. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this terrible restaurant; it's the worst Wingstop I've ever visited. Don't just take my word for it—check out the pictures and the other reviews.

Great wings , I just wish they were more consistent with the quality. Leave yourself plenty of time as my usual order takes this place 30 minutes. Lots of parking though….

The restaurant is extremely noisy, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff member misunderstood my order, thinking I said "boneless," and insisted she was correct while I was wrong. Not wanting to argue, I asked again politely, but they refused to accommodate my request. When someone is paying over $20, they should offer a replacement without any questions. I used to work at Panera Bread, and that’s how we were trained to handle dissatisfied customers. This place is a joke!

It's not a good experience. They do veterans discounts, but they would not honor my husband's for me (even with his ID and mine). Not even if we face time him. So (I didn't have to), but I went back home to get him to show her (manager). I was not lying. That is what she was acting like. There was a tall man working in the kitchen that was polite (if he's not management, maybe he should be instead of her), but I asked what her name was and he said they can't give out names, we'll duh you have names on your receipts but you can't give management's name. Stupid. The wings were good, but the employees needed more training from someone decent. Will not go back. As you can see on the ticket they are expensive.
