Alowishus Delicious - Bundaberg

Stayed one night in Bundaberg on either side of our trip to Lady Elliot Island and we came here both days.

I have eaten Eggs Benedict in countless places, but I have never been so pleasantly surprised by the overall dish. Not only the perfect sourdough for it, but salmon was silky, eggs poached to perfection, a decent amount of Hollandaise, and then the little extra touch a perfectly matched dukkah!
